The real takeaway isn't journaling itself, or even the reflections you'll write; those are side effects. For me, it was learning to be consistent.

Another pattern I noticed is that when you actually want to journal, your thoughts come out better. Sitting down with a piece of paper or an .md file forces them into a shape they didn't have before, I would say.

So, my conclusion is that if you journal enough, you'll become a grandmaster of allocating time for things you actually care about. To me, that's the most valuable lesson.
